Send a photo of each of these things:
1. Photos of the damage
2. Photo of the entire print
3. Photo of the packaging label (please kindly ensure that the text and barcodes are legible?)
4. Photo of the packaging inside (busbble wrap, corner protectors, and the cardboard where the buffer has not been sufficient.
5. Photo of the damage on the outside of the package
Please send good quality high resolution photos, feel free to send them in full or large size.
